Tony Garcia grew up in Virginia in a musical family listening to a wide variety of music. Since his high school days, Tony has performed in many different bands as a singer, guitarist, bassist and harmonica player. After following an opportunity to record in Nashville, Tennessee, Tony made the move to Music City and has since released 2 albums. The first, This Road, was a solo album released in 2005. Tony's second album was recorded with his current band, the Double Intenders.
Tony has also had songs recorded by the artists such as: Joel Alan Lehman "Sportsman's Paradise", Lynn Manderson ("Blue In The Sun", "In and Out of the Blues") and Elisha Ellis "Somebody Else". Tony travels extensively performing from coast to coast, and sometimes overseas, but is based in Nashville Tennessee where he performs regularly with the Double Intenders.
Tony's first album "This Road" contains 10 original songs, including 3 collaborative efforts with Nashville songwriters Shawn Byrne, Robert Rivers and Robert High. Check out Tony's album, This Road HERE.
